Come for an informative discussion on all things Agile including Project Methodology Milestones, Agile Manifesto, Lessons from Scrum and Kanban techniques just to name a few.
About our Speaker
Sherwood Waggy, PMP, has forty years of experience with application software development and twenty years directing and managing commercial and scientific programs and projects. He has participated in, or led, software projects for almost every department to be found in a company: idea to product, front office to back office. He has had every role in software development: programmer/analyst, business analyst, systems analyst, data analyst, QC design and test management, scrum master, project manager, and department manager. He has direct experience with CMMI implementation and has founded a PMO. He has led teams using process and organizational change techniques, JAD techniques, system portfolio and life cycle management, and software cost- and risk-estimating methodologies.
Sherwood has watched project methodologies evolve in real time, from the first IBM publications about phased projects in 1976 to the most recent Agile innovations. He earned his PMP certification in 2003.
