Followed by our presenters:  Sharri Tafelski will be presenting "Back to the Basics", discussion and exercises around some of the basics of Project Management including the role of Executive Sponsors, determining the expected success of a project and Project Management maturity models.  Sherwood Waggy will present "Agile Development  - What Do We Need to Know?".  Attendees will earn 2 PDUs.
