June Chapter Meeting - Special Event

Join us for our special two hour presentation by Jewel Abram-Copenhaver on The Four Lenses of Innovation.

PMI Triangle - Strategic and Business Management

You are working hard to move your business toward the future and it turns out the future is here.  How can you prepare your team to meet today and tomorrow’s opportunities?  The 4 Innovation Lens explores doing just that.  In 2 hours you will get a look at the 4 Lenses of Innovation, by Rowan Gibson – Challenging Orthodoxies, Harnessing Trends, Leveraging Resources, and Understanding Needs.  You will learn an 8 Step Method to use these lenses in your everyday work and in your projects by shifting our paradigms of conventions, challenging what we do with trends happening now, rearranging and utilizing our assets and skills into new and more valuable combinations, and focusing on the unmet needs and frustrations that we keep ignoring.
