2018 CAPM & PMP Certification Test Preparation Classes
Got an interest in project management?
Cook Plant is once again hosting the PMI Michiana exam preparation course for those looking to obtain their Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate of Project Management (CAPM) certification.
In the past the class has been held from January – May. This year we will be holding the classes in the fall from September – December. The modified schedule allows potential students to get through and recuperate from back to back extended outages and accommodates the release of the 6th edition of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and the associated revised certification tests.
The classes will be held on Tuesdays from September 11 through December 11 from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m. at the Buchanan Office Building. Certified PMPs will be presenting each of the knowledge areas.
The course will help you understand the basic concepts of Project Management and will specifically assist you in learning the information necessary for passing both the PMP and CAPM certification exams. Course format will include lecture and in-class activities. You will be encouraged to form study groups and will have an opportunity to connect with your Cook peers and as well as external participants.
