March Chapter Meeting

Retrospectives and Lessons Learned
How to gather team feedback and have fun doing it.

 

Have you ever looked at your project team and wondered what it was they were really thinking? Ever say to yourself that you know lessons learned are important but you're just not sure how to make it work in your organization? Don't worry, you're not alone. We will discuss the differences between formal lessons learned, sprint retrospectives, and ad-hoc team feedback as well as when to best use all three on a project. Multiple facilitation techniques will be shared to increase the feedback options within your own Project Manager toolkit.

About our Speaker

Matt is a PMI Michiana Chapter member with a B.A. in Political Science and Contemporary Urban Studies and a Masters in IT Management. He is certified in the Prosci change management process (ADKAR) and is a certified Birkman Signature Consultant who is passionate about developing teams to their fullest potential. He is currently an IT Project Manager at Notre Dame and previously the A.D. of Continuous Improvement for Valparaiso University.
