May Chapter Meeting
We are happy to welcome back Charley Shasky to speak on the requested topic of Coaching and Team Building. Charley got rave reviews last time he spoke, you won't want to miss this meeting.
Engaging Your Team Through the Pandemic
The pandemic changed everything and we’re all facing challenges but maintaining the human element of connection and support is vital to maintaining the sense of community and security we all crave. How are you maintaining solid connections with your team, direct reports, and coworkers throughout the pandemic? At a time when social connections are more important than ever, it’s vital that we adapt our approach to engaging our people. Don’t let social distancing let you feel disconnected at work. Get creative with how you stay in touch and make it fun.
Topic focus:
- Connecting and creating real engagement
- Team building that works for your team
- Coaching beyond the task list
