Biggest Win:  Besides faith and family, my biggest career wins were for the automotive tier 1-2 supplier I worked for: winning the first business with Toyota and designing and launching a best-in-class sensor that was significantly better than anything else available on the market.

Biggest Challenge: getting upper management to fully understand the difference between their desired result and what is actually achievable with the available resources and processes, together with proposed systemic changes to bring the achievable result closer to the desired result.

PMIM Goal: help current project managers achieve success, along with others who work as project managers in a variety of roles and fields.
