Presentation Synopsis:

"Get the Lawyers Out of the Way: Project Management from Contract Negotiation through Project Execution" will provide insights on the value of including the project management team at the table alongside the lawyers at the negotiating table. Erin will discuss the importance of transparent and consistent communications during project execution to help minimize legal risks.

Erin Toburen is a commercial attorney who practices law in West Michigan as Senior Legal Counsel for Kyriba Corp.  Erin has spent the past nine years advising global partnerships, project management and sales teams on legal aspects of the project life-cycle, from go-market-strategies through project "go-live." She has supported matters and teams all over the world and negotiates agreements in both English and Spanish. A graduate of the St. Louis University School of Law, she now lives in Alto, Michigan, with her husband and two young children.
