Synopsis:
At the start of 2022, Matthew Sheldon implemented the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) across his companies, and it’s been a game-changer. It brought clarity, structure, and real accountability to how they operate, and more importantly, it helped them scale in a way that actually felt manageable. While EOS is mainly focused on helping entrepreneurial companies, Matthew found that a lot of the tools like the Level 10 meeting format, quarterly Rocks, and scorecard metrics apply directly to project management and team execution.
This talk explores the tools and rhythms that have helped Matthew bring structure and momentum to his businesses through EOS. Matthew will share how his companies run their weekly Level 10 meetings, set and track quarterly Rocks, and use simple scorecards and issue-solving methods to stay aligned and focused. These tools have been a major driver of performance and accountability within Matthew's teams, and they’re just as applicable to project managers working to lead efficient, goal-driven initiatives.
Objectives:
- Learn how to structure meetings that drive clarity and accountability
- Understand how to set and manage quarterly priorities that keep teams aligned
- Build a meeting cadence that encourages consistent communication
- Use scorecards and issue-solving techniques to keep projects moving
- Apply EOS tools across both leadership and project management environments
