Mickey Wagner brings deep expertise in educational transformation to his role as Director of Academics at TNTP, where he partners with education leaders nationwide to design and implement high-impact solutions. His work spans from school leader development to system-wide change management supporting schools, districts, charter networks, universities, and state education agencies across the country, where he consistently delivers measurable results across diverse learning communities. Before joining TNTP, he was Chief Academic Officer at Concord Community Schools, where he led initiatives that resulted in student achievement ranking in the 92nd percentile for academic growth in Indiana, including driving breakthrough results at a school that combined one of Indiana's largest English Learner populations with exceptional academic achievement.
