Event Abstract

Uncertainty is constant in project environments, but hesitation and stalled progress often come from unclear decisions rather than lack of information. This session explores how stakeholder silence forms, why it slows execution, and what you can do to change the pattern. You will examine how unspoken assumptions, vague decision framing, and limited feedback create rework and delay, then learn practical tools to surface expectations and clarify tradeoffs.

Through guided reflection, decision‑rating exercises, and real project scenarios, you will practice interpreting stakeholder behavior, assessing decision impact, and communicating intent across complex environments. The session integrates Power Skills, Business Acumen, and Ways of Working to help you create conditions where stakeholders engage, respond, and commit instead of disengaging. You will leave with a set of actionable methods that build decision confidence even when information is incomplete.

Jeremiah Hammon, PMP

Jeremiah R. Hammon, PMP is the founder of Project Revolution and author of The Project Management Pathway, a transformative guide forged from over 20 years navigating high-stakes industries including aerospace, nuclear energy, and civil engineering.

Recognizing a critical gap in traditional project management training, Jeremiah set out to build a new standard. One that develops more than checklists and certifications. His book, workshops, and leadership programs train professionals to lead with real-world decision-making, emotional and social intelligence, agility under pressure, and the kind of organizational awareness needed to deliver results when it matters most.

Jeremiah is also the co-author of Executing Excellence: Actionable Insights from 10 Savvy Project Managers. This field-tested resource brings together practical wisdom from leaders across construction, consulting, software, and more. His chapter focuses on emotional intelligence as the true differentiator in project leadership — the skill that empowers PMs to inspire teams, communicate with clarity, deescalate conflict, and lead with presence. At the core of Project Revolution is a mission that goes beyond training. Jeremiah is here to help project managers at every level, from those just starting to seasoned professionals, bridge the gap between technical know-how and the leadership the world actually needs. He believes project managers are the ones building the future. Some of them may even be managing the projects that will save it. That’s why his work is about more than success. It’s about helping organizations unlock the full power of their people, to build high voltage cultures of rock stars who know what they do, why they do it, how they do it, and who they do it for.

Project Revolution is not a course. It’s a movement. One built to ignite a new generation of bold, resilient, and mission-driven leaders who are ready to deliver under real pressure and shape what comes next.
