From Assumptions to Alignment: Unlocking Project Clarity

Successful projects depend on clear, accurate requirements. Unidentified stakeholders, unclear expectations, and unspoken assumptions can create confusion that slows progress and adds rework. In this session, participants explore practical techniques to clarify requirements and uncover hidden assumptions. Through exercises and real-world examples, they learn strategies to surface information, encourage participation, and capture critical details early in their projects.
